Your child is growing, and before you see it, they are now a teen. Thanks to you, they learned so many things, and now, you want to help them become self-sufficient, happy adult. And if it can reduce the cleaning you have to do, it’s a rather sizeable asset. So, you give them more responsibilities, like keeping their personal space clean and tidy. That’s where my printable teenage bedroom cleaning checklist helps you!
With my teenage nephew in mind, I created the checklist for your adolescent so they take care of their bedroom and learn the basics of a cleaning schedule.
Ready for this next step with your kid?
For too long, I did the cleaning when the urge took me. So, my apartment was not always as neat as it should have been.
I crafted a cleaning schedule a few years ago, and my husband and I have followed it since then. It has changed everything. Now, our home is clean and fresh and feels calmer.
The best part? I spend less time cleaning! And I’ve decided to share my knowledge so you and your family can enjoy your neat house and your weekends.
I remember cleaning my apartment before following my schedule. How long I have scrubbed that stovetop, and how energy draining it was. But you know that’s not a fatality, and you’ll avoid your kid this experience by teaching them to use a cleaning schedule before they move into their first flat.
But remembering all the tasks to keep a room clean and how often you should do them isn’t the most fun and easy, and if your teen isn’t the most motivated to clean, that would be a handy excuse not to do it at all, wouldn’t it? The checklist will avoid that drama, and help them improve their self-reliance.
Then, as cleaning becomes a part of their routine, you’ll finally spend less time screaming, “Clean your room!” and won’t be tempted to give up and do it yourself. Sound good?
